The search for an easy to use Computer Estimating package led us to developing our own. Other estimating software may have bigger and better features such as plan scanning, plan drawing etc. but we felt a simple and straight-forward process was more important.

FastCOST was developed in conjunction with our own registered house builders combining the different ways they completed their own manual estimates.

FastCOST is a true Windows based program designed to run on Pentium compatible personal computers.

FastCOST will print reports on basic 9 pin dot matrix printers through to sophisticated laser printers.

Future releases of FastCOST will also include this type of feedback form as it will help us to give you the software you need and not the fancy frills you may never use.

FastCOST is as simple as . . .

     .  . start your computer and open up FastCOST then enter the job information from your customers plans, etc., directly to the Customer Estimate screen. This process can take as little as 30 minutes for an average sized home. It could be even less if you use a standard template to do the job.
